MUSICIANS NEEDED FOR FEMME GRUNGE PROG HARD ROCK BAND
I am looking for femme folk to start a new performing/recording and eventually touring band.
I am a singer/songwriter based in South West London. I love that gritty sound, messing around with time signatures, I love a meaty riff, I love music that is raw, honest and powerful.
I am not just looking for bandmates, I am on the hunt. I mean business and I will be taking my time to find the right people. I want bandmates who want to get their hands dirty in all aspects of being in a band. Yes, the music will come first (I mean what else are we all here for?) but I want people who get hyped booking gigs, helping with the demon that is social media, sorting out merch, loading and unloading gear etc.
I am looking for a drummer, bassist and lead guitarist who can sometimes swap and play some rhythm guitar. Ideally you would be up for doing some backing vocals too. Initially I would start with minimum practice of once a week, amping it up to a minimum of 2-3 depending on how often we end up gigging. I am based in greater London but I am willing to travel and will be moving soon, so please ignore that map!
I write original music.
If you drive it is a bonus…but I don’t drive so I can’t judge!
