Basically I just really enjoy songwriting and playing with people. I've been writing and recording a song every week for the last 3 years, so I'm quite in practice and, it turns out, if you write enough some of it will come out good or fun or interesting - e.g. https://soundcloud/rich-waring/sets/best-of-rich-2021 I'm pretty flexible about genre, which is mostly just arrangement / decoration to me - my stuff feels like it comes out all different to me, but you might say I often tend to make catchy, slightly confessional, uplifting pop songs. I quite like playing acoustic simple arrangements. |
