| Description: | Bass Player and Female Vocalist wanted. We are a small ukulele band playing covers mostly from our youth - the 60s and 70s. We practice once a week and aim to do a couple of gigs a month - mainly for charitable events. We've recently lost our Bass player and are hoping that there may be someone out there who would like a bit of fun and enjoys paying the bass (you may be aware that a Bass Uke is exactly the same fingering as a standard uke). Naturally wed be happy with alternatives (eg Double Bass). We would also be keen to hear from vocalists who may be able to add harmonies to our singing, we currently have 4 males and 2 females so a female voice would fit in well. |
