i'm a guitarist looking for a drummer, bassist and male vocalist to join my band. The band is hugely inspired by system of a down (and other punk/metal bands) and has unusual drum timings, loud vocals and plucky rhythms so a background in salsa timings, metal timings and other unusual timings are desired, although not essential. I'm very serious about taking the band as far as it will go, so gigging, touring etc and we're only looking for musicians who are equally as serious so as to pursue this as a full time career. Rehearsals will be on weekends and (rarely) the odd weekday depending on availability. They'll be held at faktorystudios in cheshire.
If you're a drummer please make sure you have your own transport that's big enough to carry your kit to the rehearsal studio.
