| Description: | Hello everyone, My name is Lukus and I’m a mid-20’s bassist looking to join bands in and around London. I’ve been playing bass for nearly 15 years and have been credited on multiple works, both released and soon to be released. For several years I performed with a thrash metal band called State of Anxiety until our split in 2019 and am currently the only member of my own solo project, Gallows Humour. I also performed bass on the soon to be released EP of English/Japanese alternative band, Re:O, which hopefully should be available on media platforms soon. I currently live in Southwest London and am currently hoping to work with bands in and around London, preferably for recording at first, but I’m also interested in rehearsing, performing and building a long-term rapport with bands. In terms of what kinds of bands/musicians I’m looking to work with now, I’m not entirely sure, but I think I’ll know it when I hear what you’ve got. I’d ideally like to work with professional musicians with established followings, but beggars can’t be choosers and ultimately, it’s about the connection we have and if the music fits for me. My background is dominated by rock and metal music but in recent years I have found myself being more invested in other genres and have a deep love and appreciation for anime and video game music. My influences range from Papa Roach, Ronnie James Dio, Billy Talent, Shoji Meguro, Hollywood Undead, Linkin Park and more. That said, I’m not limited to those genres. In terms of gear/equipment, I tend to use either Musicman Stingrays/Sandberg Calis, with my own full rig (amp head/cab and pedals if needed).
